Things to look for when buying cane furniture
| 1) | Cane thickness. The thickness of the cane used to make a suite, impacts on the strength quite a bit. The thicker the cane, the more sturdy and durable the suite. |
| 2) | Cane frame. The frame of each piece of furniture also adds to the strength of the item. All our suites are doubled or tripled framed, making them much stronger. |
| 3) | Washable cushion covers. Check to see if the cushion fabric can be washed, and better still machine washed. |
| 4) | Foam cushions. Solid foam cushions are a lot better than chipped foam stuffed cushions. They keep their shape much better, and are way more supportive. Open the zips of the cushions and have a look inside. |
| 5) | UV protection. If you are having your cane furniture in a conservatory or anywhere it will be expose to a lot of light, the cushion will fade over time if not treated. Check the cushions have had a UV resistant coating to help prevent this. |
